Buy car from them car was not serviced lied Air filter was dirty filled with rodent material. Engine filter was filled with squirrel material dirty Tires are not balanced. okay ive been about as nice as possible but this is absurd! After buying our car. we were on our journey back home which is roughly a 9 hour drive after only 45 min into our drive home our car started smoking and we pulled over. called h Greg to assist after 2 plus hours of waiting we finally got our tow back. we're we got stuck another day paying for another hotel room. The next morning we call the company to come pick us upas they told us to call them to do so. we have no car after all . so after waiting a couple of hours w them saying they will pick us up they never did, so we took our luggage and walked to the store crossing a dangerous hwy. not one apology! they tell us it's some simple issue and it's fixed we considered not taking it and finding a diff car as this didn't seem like a reliable car but they insisted it was fixed. we took it to the tire place to check alignment and such payed for it and was payed back later on.Thinking we are satisfied w it we started the drive home. 3 hours from home the car starts smoking and overheating again ( clearly their machenics suck) as the issue was not fixed thank God my husband is smart and was able to fix it in a hour or good enough to get us home now. if your still reading it only gets better and believe it or not this is the short version of what we went through . so skip ahead to today 4 months after is the car still having issues why yes it is last month we had it throw a Lil wrench signal but bc there's no manual we have no idea what it meant. we are waiting on our mechanic to get back from vacation since we can't drive it... but why can't we drive it? bc we have no tag. and its a xxx they have sent us 3 temp tags each expiring w out them sending the title and info in for us to get our tag. can you believe that? we continue to call over and over and if your still considering buying a car from them and I highly recommend you dont. be aware they are horrible at responding and there's no direct number.so if you get a hold of someone kudos ! when we are able to talk to someone this is the response " we'll have someone call your right back" bUT they never do. Sadly we are going to have to spend more money by hiring a lawyer bc honestly i don't think this company even has the title to this car. iam fed up iam done trying to give them the benefit of the dought its time to take legal action please please please read other reviews I wish I had b4 we bought plane tickets a used 20k lemon and 3 total hotel nights and a sitter for 3 days when there was only supose to be a 2 day trip for us please if you do buy a car have it checked by a legit mechanic on their dollar b4 wasting your money time and energy. I don't know who the owner of this buisness is but they should be absolutely ashamed at how their establishment is run. don't bother hgreg to comment back or say " we are sorry and we'll take care of it" we heard that lie already. so our lawyer will be in touch . buyers beware !!!! More

I purchased a Nissan last month and we just got a flat tire. Went to change the tire and the tires are locked. We were not given the key to unlock the tires. On 12/12/23 I bought a 2022 Toyota Highlander with 13,000 miles on it. I had a contract I agreed on and signed. The business manager took my original contract changed the numbers on it and had me sign it aga miles on it. I had a contract I agreed on and signed. I was charged for 2 warranties that I had absolutely no idea about plus an additional $1,000 on who knows what. The business manager took my original contract plus he took everything else I signed. Shortly after I noticed I was overcharged we started realizing things were wrong with the vehicle. First of all everything in the hood was loose, missing caps, clamps broken, bolts missing. The engine was missing 10 bolts. It didn't matter what you touched in the hood everything was loose. The battery could have fallen out at any time, wires were just hanging loose, the electrical box cap was just hanging. It has frame damage and structure damage and has an airbag malfunction. I was completely unaware of this. I went to sell my car and was told I cannot because Hgreg never sent in the correct paperwork to the DMV for the title. Hgreg has voided my registration completely while they were "trying to get my title." So legally I cannot drive my vehicle that I paid 41k. Hgreg never turned the title over to the dmv because they said they lost it. I don't think Hgreg ever had the title before they sold the vehicle to me. So now I am stuck paying on a loan for a vehicle that has no title. More
