Do not ever, EVER, EVER go here to buy a vehicle. We flew down recently to help my daughter buy a car. She bought it from HGreg in Orlando on a Friday - two hours later the check engine light came on We flew down recently to help my daughter buy a car. We went back Saturday and the manager on duty told us the service dept was closed and to come back on Monday at 9 am - he said he would be there to take care of the situation. My daughter arrived at 9 and guess what - the manager wasn't there and the other manager on duty wanted nothing to do with helping our daughter. My wife and I called only to get nowhere with the receptionist - she kept transferring us to a voice mail that was full. After about our fourth time calling, our next 5-6 calls would be picked up and immediately hung up without speaking. Then our calls would not even go thru - I'm sure our numbers were blocked. I then called the Doral main office and told them what was happening - they were not happy to hear about what was going on and apologized. And then wouldn't you know it - the manager who was supposed to be there to meet my daughter 'suddenly' called us. He told our daughter to bring the vehicle in ASAP, which she did. They said it needed a couple of parts and that they had to order them and they would be in a couple days later (on WED 3/27) and they would call her and get the vehicle straight in. Guess what, it's now eight days (THU 4/3) after when the parts were supposed to come in and she has not heard a word from them. And our calls will still not go through. Take it from me - do not EVER consider buying a vehicle from HGreg Orlando. They are the worst scam artists in the auto industry. And btw - no matter what number they give you to call (even when they say its a 'direct line'), the numbers ALL go to the same system where you can never get an answer and cannot leave messages. And I almost forgot - our daughter is getting emails from the bank that she used for her car that she traded in saying she is late for a payment - HGreg has STILL not paid it off yet. I would give HGreg Orlando a -5 if I could. Be forewarned about them. UPDATE: So a ‘manager’ replied to my review and said he would ‘reach out directly’. But guess what - it’s been six days since the manager’s reply and he has STILL NOT reached out to us. Oh, of course, the phone number he left in his reply goes straight into the phony phone bank I talked about earlier. HGreg in Orlando is a SCAM and they are rip-off artists. More

This is referring to a 2017 Fiat Spyder I went in to test drive today(4/9) at roughly noon was not remotely presentable as a like new, Great Condition, or even fair condition. It should be considered "Rough" and Wholesaled to a cheap lot. Much worse vehicle than I have ever imagined showing up to look at. Its Red with a Black top and the Salesperson was Jay. Jay was good. Car condition was an insult. Absolute complete waste of time. Car had significant front end paint damage. Fiat badges were in the wrong locations and you could see the outline of the previous badges discolored on fenders. Trunk lid badge looked as though it was off an unrestored 60's classic. Dent on passenger side by door handles. Scratches and fading throughout. Save your reputation and get this car off your lot before someone else gets disappointed. More

okay ive been about as nice as possible but this is absurd! My husband and I flew to Orlando 4 months ago to buy a car from h Greg orlando iam writing this review as the short version and will save absurd! After buying our car. we were on our journey back home which is roughly a 9 hour drive after only 45 min into our drive home our car started smoking and we pulled over. called h Greg to assist after 2 plus hours of waiting we finally got our tow back. we're we got stuck another day paying for another hotel room. The next morning we call the company to come pick us upas they told us to call them to do so. we have no car after all . so after waiting a couple of hours w them saying they will pick us up they never did, so we took our luggage and walked to the store crossing a dangerous hwy. not one apology! they tell us it's some simple issue and it's fixed we considered not taking it and finding a diff car as this didn't seem like a reliable car but they insisted it was fixed. we took it to the tire place to check alignment and such payed for it and was payed back later on.Thinking we are satisfied w it we started the drive home. 3 hours from home the car starts smoking and overheating again ( clearly their machenics suck) as the issue was not fixed thank God my husband is smart and was able to fix it in a hour or good enough to get us home now. if your still reading it only gets better and believe it or not this is the short version of what we went through . so skip ahead to today 4 months after is the car still having issues why yes it is last month we had it throw a Lil wrench signal but bc there's no manual we have no idea what it meant. we are waiting on our mechanic to get back from vacation since we can't drive it... but why can't we drive it? bc we have no tag. and its a xxx they have sent us 3 temp tags each expiring w out them sending the title and info in for us to get our tag. can you believe that? we continue to call over and over and if your still considering buying a car from them and I highly recommend you dont. be aware they are horrible at responding and there's no direct number.so if you get a hold of someone kudos ! when we are able to talk to someone this is the response " we'll have someone call your right back" bUT they never do. Sadly we are going to have to spend more money by hiring a lawyer bc honestly i don't think this company even has the title to this car. iam fed up iam done trying to give them the benefit of the dought its time to take legal action please please please read other reviews I wish I had b4 we bought plane tickets a used 20k lemon and 3 total hotel nights and a sitter for 3 days when there was only supose to be a 2 day trip for us please if you do buy a car have it checked by a legit mechanic on their dollar b4 wasting your money time and energy. I don't know who the owner of this buisness is but they should be absolutely ashamed at how their establishment is run. don't bother hgreg to comment back or say " we are sorry and we'll take care of it" we heard that lie already. so our lawyer will be in touch . buyers beware !!!! More
