I called to verify a vehicle that was posted was available on Thursday. They confirmed it was ask when I could come in. I made plans to come in on Saturday. I called Saturday morning, before maki available on Thursday. They confirmed it was ask when I could come in. I made plans to come in on Saturday. I called Saturday morning, before making the hour drive, to confirm the vehicle was available which it was. When I arrived onsite they basically want to push you over to a sales person with a computer to view their inventory. The room is basically just a bar with computers and sales people and it was very loud. I informed them I just wanted to see that specific vehicle. When they finally agreed to go get it, they came back 10 minutes later and said that car was not available and there was no way to see it....even though I had already confirmed twice including that morning. This is a typical bait and switch dealership. I wouldn't trust anything they post or sell. More
I tried very hard to purchase a car from the dealership. They had a car online that I was extremely interested in. repeated attempts to contact them through email and phone calls were fruitless. Phone calls They had a car online that I was extremely interested in. repeated attempts to contact them through email and phone calls were fruitless. Phone calls went unreturned and they would keep emailing me asking me how things were going and I would tell them no one is answering any of my questions, but still nothing would move forward. After reading other reviews and seeing that they tack on at least $3500 in fees to the prices online I am very glad I did not pursue a car through this dealership. More
I had the worst experience, I do not recommend anyone to come here, my review is long but please take the time to read it. The salesperson make you write a review after the purchase, they say they don’t get come here, my review is long but please take the time to read it. The salesperson make you write a review after the purchase, they say they don’t get paid for commission, but the reviews help them to get a “promotion”, he stare at you looking how you write the review and making sure you write the name. They add a “Elite Protection Plan” they told us that it was an add on, but it is not, it is required, they use the words “add on” to make us think we can choose to have it or not, even when I asked twice if I heard “add on” correct but after they run my credit they said I miss understood and it is required. Which add 1495$ to the purchase. We had to purchase the vehicle because we were in a hurry to get the car, but I would have left. We spend 5 hours to close the deal. They are not cleared and that is very unprofessional. We purchased a used vehicle and the GAP it’s required (which they never mentioned and we had no idea) they didn’t add how much I will have to pay with the GAP. When the time came to make the first car payment, I realized that I owe an additional $1,500 that does not appear on the Payment Options and I had to read every single paper to know where that money came from. Never coming back and I would never recommend this place. And last but no least I have to get the breaks fixed because they stop working the next day, and they quoted 600$ Labor plus the pieces. Do not come here. More
I had a pretty mixed experience with Hgreg. Purchasing my car: This was a simple and easy task; the staff were incredibly helpful, open, and informative. Sean helped me find my car, and Caesar helped me with the finance -- both were lovely to work with, and I ended up walking out with the car that I wanted! The downside: I was never informed that the headlights were not functioning on my vehicle. In fact, I didn't even know they weren't working until a week later, when I was in Atlanta and they called me to make an appointment to get them fixed. Apparently I was supposed to receive a paper about it -- something that was never given to me or talked about. I can argue and say this should have been something I immediately checked myself, by the daytime lights worked fine and I didn't think to check the headlights. So came the scheduling of the appointment. Easy enough, I drove out. Hgreg is an hour out, I had no one that could bring me and an uber is $50 one way, so I opted to wait for my car. They estimated an hour to an hour and a half. That's fine, I was prepared to wait 3 hours. It's first come first serve as far as I was told, and I got there at opening. 11:30 hits and they finally work on my car. Come to find out, the replacements did not work -- so I had to reschedule my appointment. No huge deal. The mechanic was nice and tried to get me some gas to make up for the trip, but it turned out they couldn't fill my tank at all because they needed manager approval. They said they would get it next time. Because of how long I was there, I asked that my car be worked on first when I came back in. They agreed, said I would be in at 8:30 and out by 9:30 Friday. I work during weekdays, so these appointment times were incredibly inconvenient for me and made me miss out on precious work time. Friday comes around, I drive back. I get there right at opening. My car is brought in -- I'm not sure if they started working on it ASAP or not, but I wasn't out until 12:00PM. On top of that, they didn't offer to cover my gas, didn't offer to fill it up. Again, I live an hour out. I use a little more than quarter tank to get there and back, and I had to do this trip twice. Two more times than I should of had to in the first place. Normally I wouldn't be upset with waiting -- but when there is no compensation or apology for the wait, and no one keeps to their word, or tries to update me when it goes past the expected time, I become admittedly frustrated. I understand it's not priority to update me, but I'm sitting in the same lobby as them the entire time. Additionally, I should have been informed of the light situation BEFORE driving out of state, at purchase. They obviously knew about the malfunction, yet they did not mention it until a week later. Obviously, the staff were nice, and the malfunction itself was not their fault. The mechanic himself was genuine and sweet, and I appreciate him trying to get my gas covered the first time around. I do believe that such inconveniences should be met with better customer service. I think for the future with my next car, I may turn to someone else that I feel more secure with. On the bright side, their coffee is fantastic. More
I went to look at a car on Sunday May 19th, test drove it with the rep Joel and decided I wanted to buy it. I went back the next day Monday evening for paperwork and Joel was off, I had another rep (Matt) te with the rep Joel and decided I wanted to buy it. I went back the next day Monday evening for paperwork and Joel was off, I had another rep (Matt) tell me that someone was finalizing paperwork on the car as we spoke and it was being sold. I called back the next morning on Tuesday and Matt told me that the car was sold the night before and it was gone, as he tried selling me another vehicle. I contacted Joel who helped me out prior to Matt and he told me the car was still there and it wasn’t sold at any point. So the rep Matt lied about the car being sold. I went back to the dealer and finalized paperwork and bought the original car I wanted. Not a good look on the company at all when employees are lying to potential customers but I want to really thank Joel for helping me get the car I wanted. More
Had to give them one star but they don’t deserve that. Also would not give us anything for trade after phone guy told us oh yes, all credit and all cars accepted as trade. Who we thought we were meeting for salesman was not a fact. It’s a phone bank that lies to you to get you there. I was so upset I want my gas $$ back. This place is a joke, they have no decent deals as advertised. Do not waste your time! I’m sure they offer $$ for good reviews. That was for my mom getting a vehicle. I was sitting there looking at their range rovers and decided quickly not to even entertain it. More

Do not ever, EVER, EVER go here to buy a vehicle. We flew down recently to help my daughter buy a car. She bought it from HGreg in Orlando on a Friday - two hours later the check engine light came on. We went back Saturday and the manager on duty told us the service dept was closed and to come back on Monday at 9 am - he said he would be there to take care of the situation. My daughter arrived at 9 and guess what - the manager wasn't there and the other manager on duty wanted nothing to do with helping our daughter. My wife and I called only to get nowhere with the receptionist - she kept transferring us to a voice mail that was full. After about our fourth time calling, our next 5-6 calls would be picked up and immediately hung up without speaking. Then our calls would not even go thru - I'm sure our numbers were blocked. I then called the Doral main office and told them what was happening - they were not happy to hear about what was going on and apologized. And then wouldn't you know it - the manager who was supposed to be there to meet my daughter 'suddenly' called us. He told our daughter to bring the vehicle in ASAP, which she did. They said it needed a couple of parts and that they had to order them and they would be in a couple days later (on WED 3/27) and they would call her and get the vehicle straight in. Guess what, it's now eight days (THU 4/3) after when the parts were supposed to come in and she has not heard a word from them. And our calls will still not go through. Take it from me - do not EVER consider buying a vehicle from HGreg Orlando. They are the worst scam artists in the auto industry. And btw - no matter what number they give you to call (even when they say its a 'direct line'), the numbers ALL go to the same system where you can never get an answer and cannot leave messages. And I almost forgot - our daughter is getting emails from the bank that she used for her car that she traded in saying she is late for a payment - HGreg has STILL not paid it off yet. I would give HGreg Orlando a -5 if I could. Be forewarned about them. UPDATE: So a ‘manager’ replied to my review and said he would ‘reach out directly’. But guess what - it’s been six days since the manager’s reply and he has STILL NOT reached out to us. Oh, of course, the phone number he left in his reply goes straight into the phony phone bank I talked about earlier. HGreg in Orlando is a SCAM and they are rip-off artists. More
This is referring to a 2017 Fiat Spyder I went in to test drive today(4/9) at roughly noon was not remotely presentable as a like new, Great Condition, or even fair condition. This car was a 10' to 20' look drive today(4/9) at roughly noon was not remotely presentable as a like new, Great Condition, or even fair condition. This car was a 10' to 20' looks ok car, at best. It should be considered "Rough" and Wholesaled to a cheap lot. Much worse vehicle than I have ever imagined showing up to look at. Its Red with a Black top and the Salesperson was Jay. Jay was good. Car condition was an insult. Absolute complete waste of time. Car had significant front end paint damage. Fiat badges were in the wrong locations and you could see the outline of the previous badges discolored on fenders. Trunk lid badge looked as though it was off an unrestored 60's classic. Dent on passenger side by door handles. Scratches and fading throughout. Save your reputation and get this car off your lot before someone else gets disappointed. More
