Eve My experience at HGreg.com Orlando was excellent. After 2 weeks of searching the vehicle that I wanted, I finial found it cheaper at HGreg.come. Even though I'm used to the "back and forward pricing" to get to the final price, the experience of doing upfront pricing on my vehicle was pleasant. I won't lie, it was a different buying experience but well organized. I am the type of individual that get suspicious of sales people of any kind, but my sales rep Joel was very friendly and answered every question I had. He was very helpful, and honest! He worked with me on deciding the right BMW I was looking for. After I completed the deal of my 2015 BMW M235i, I took the car home and during my night test drive, I realized that the driver side headlight was not working properly. Next morning I sent a text to Joel Roman requesting for his help and in less than five minutes he replied. I informed him about the damaged headlight and his answer was "bring the car back, that a safety issue and it has to be corrected, I will contact a service tech and the problem will be fix" Sure thing, I drove to the dealership and after a wait time of 2.5 hours my car was fixed and delivered back to me.
