Rough flow but worth it! There was no cold beverages, no snacks, only a vending machine, a warm water fountain, and a soggy hotdog food truck outside. We did appreciate the plugs they had on one table only. Overall it just was not a comfortable place to be to spend the day. We also had to track down someone at the end to make sure the addon we bought was installed....and then took their word for it because we have no proof. Yes I understand you save money shopping like this but some comfort items and more plugs, a tv or video game section for the kids in the main room and not just the little train table area in the switch cars room would have been nice. Heck put in a trampoline and have parents sign a waiver. Something. More

There was no pressure to go above my budget, I actually got the exact car i was looking at online and they did an appraisal on my car too. I will be back for future purchases. Excellent experience, made car buying easy and not stressful. They even were great with my 14 month old son running around playing (and they have a kid friendly area while you wait!). More
