I first visited HGreg shopped around for some Jeeps, met Mikey and continued my search. About a month later, I found myself right back at HGreg Doral; for two main reasons- 1: I couldn’t find anywhere in so Mikey and continued my search. About a month later, I found myself right back at HGreg Doral; for two main reasons- 1: I couldn’t find anywhere in south Florida that could even come close to the price that HGreg offered. And 2: the amazing experience the Mikey provided! From start to finish he was AMAZING! I would go to a different dealership, find what I thought was a “good deal”- and then call Mikey, he would always answer the phone or call me right back and take the time to walk me through what he had in stock!! He became more of a friend/ car guru! He was never annoyed with my 90 questions a day phone calls. Mikey Helped me every step of the way- treated us like family and most importantly GOT THE DEAL DONE! I don’t have the best credit- but Mikey MADE.IT.WORK! I spent a total of maybe 3 hours from start to finish and I got to drive my new Jeep right out of there! Valentine In financing was a wealth of knowledge and made sure I understood every page of my contract and terms! Those two dudes are the reason I will be a customer of HGreg Doral for life!! More

Business model not working When i call the dealership to see if the car was available, I was talked into an appointment so the car would be there for me. When I arrived the car was not there, I was told the warehouse was 2 miles away, I waited an hour until the salesmen got back. that was was awful in that crowded room with music blaring. First and last experience with HGreg and co. I don't think the blame should go against Frank Rosales, He didn't know about me until i got there. More
