very slow and unprofessional customer service from the sales rep that i had. Everyone else seemed very good except for the person helping me out. this was the Orlando location not Doral. after selecting t sales rep that i had. Everyone else seemed very good except for the person helping me out. this was the Orlando location not Doral. after selecting the 2 vehicles that i wanted to purchase the sales person did not lock them in so someone else bought the one of 2 i wanted. i still ended up buying 2 vehicles pick up trucks but took me 6 hours and not because of financing. when i finally got to financing it took no more than 10 minutes to be in and out. Thats after i told sales rep to make sure the finance person knows i had 2 vehicles, he of course did not relay that message and my credit ended up being ran twice with 2 different banks approval. Overall i think if i had a different sales rep i wouldve had a great experience. people that got there 2 hrs after me where done way before me. FYI i am planning on going in again in February to buy 2 more trucks hopefully its better 2nd time around. i will write review of that experience when i go back. Omissions were present, pressure was on albeit when my wife and I finally cancelled the deal, Abner did get us our deposit credited back in a few days. When a salesman tells me there was a "SLIGHT" accident on the front bumper (under $1000) (now way to prove that so an egregious comment) and the Car Fax (which we didn't see till we got home CLEARLY showed the accident to the left side of the vehicle and down the side but was hidden in verbal comments. We did like the car, and was 100% ready to buy after spending almost 2 1/2 hours there, BUT----------when we are NOT told the truth about the damage, then how would we have known that other issues might show up later. And my wife was furious and I mean furious that so many of your salespeople and other personnel DID NOT wear their face masks. My wife was livid and had to stand way way back near one of your offices while I listened to the salesman since she was afraid to come closer. Not a good experience nor a safe one Hebert.
