Two purchases in a month. I must say that for the last 20 years, I've done nothing else but lease new vehicles. I haven't purchase a used vehicle since I was a teen in the late 80s. We found a really good deal here. We met with the salesman; Miguel Ortiz. I also must say that I've leased luxury vehicle's before; Acuras, Mercedes, Infiniti's, etc. The level of service, knowledge, care and particularly attention given to us from Mr. Ortiz was second to none, even compared to salesmen I've dealt with at dealers like Mercedes of Coral Gables, Infiniti of CG & Esserman Acura. There were a couple of issues with the car after the sale that he dealt with as well quickly. The alignment was off and they took care of it right away although the dealer should have lent my dad a loaner or at least a ride home while they kept the car for 2 nights. Less than a month later I was shopping for a Mercedes Benz GLE for my wife. I found a great 2020 here as well. I got a hold of Miguel Ortiz and asked him about the car. I really wanted him to assure me that this car being so new and only having 2k miles was impeccable. He told me that the vehicle was like new; not a single dent or scratch, perfect interior. I went in, he showed/test drove the vehicle, was quickly able to get us a decent financing rate with Chase Auto and we drove off the dealer with a great car. I've been cheap, most of my life so I totally understand the importance of buying a car that's like new but with the depreciation already baked in that some other person swallowed. This was a great buy and even better service. I can't recommend Miguel enough at this dealer. Kudos as well to Mr. Sadel Saez at finance. He worked out the numbers for us with ease and didn't try to add any BS that they normally try to sell you at that point. We did get gap insurance because we financed the entire amount so that's a no brainier. Downside to this experience you might ask? Well, I'm not going to lie about my disappointment with both cars only having one key. I fail to understand why most of their cars only come with one key, especially the Benz whose key costs $600!!! Regardless of whether or not the cars were purchased at an auction, they should come with 2 keys. If this is a big issue for you, ask to see both keys before negotiating the price although it's hard to get them to drop the price no matter what. More
