I had no expectations, however I had the best experience and icing on cake was "Alex Veloz". He is absolutely wonderful! His character and hospitality alone was what made it impossible for me not to continu and icing on cake was "Alex Veloz". He is absolutely wonderful! His character and hospitality alone was what made it impossible for me not to continue and stay after test drive, couple hours later i left with a new car. He didn't sell me or mention a sale at all, just good vibes, laughs, conversations and his engagement! you better take care f him like he does his customers! More

FIVE STARS!!!!! Kevin Mccoy was the sales rep who helped us and I could not be happier with my purchase. For the first time EVER I can say I went shopping for a car and left same day without hesitation and us and I could not be happier with my purchase. For the first time EVER I can say I went shopping for a car and left same day without hesitation and without feeling scammed. I would recommend checking the website and writing down the stock number of the cars or cars that you want and it will be so much faster. Mr. Mccoy walked us through everything, was extremely professional, and straightforward with ALL information. Before I had any questions, he walked me through everything. Johnny from finance was also extremely helpful and efficient in getting my financing done. They also have in in house DMV and Service Center so everything is EXTREMELY efficient and sure to be done correctly. Get in and out under 3 hours with an extremely affordable car (no matter the make/model) that you can trust!! More

I know you are a manager. And I have to say am very disappointed in the way my experience was in getting this car I paid money for it. And it took three weeks just to get it . I was told everything I n disappointed in the way my experience was in getting this car I paid money for it. And it took three weeks just to get it . I was told everything I needed for the car to be released. I had someone go to pick up the car to be told that it can not be released because of the title was not ready . In fact it was ready. This resulted in delay of getting the car two hours later and being charged an additional $200.00 from the transporter. My bill from you guys was $20,890. Which hgreg received $21,000. And I have not even get a difference back. Is this the way you do business? More

I felt this experience could have been handled much more efficiently. Knew what I wanted but dealership was not willing to work with me. I left, they called me back. I was given different requirements from different people as far as the time requirements for refinancing and any penalties after the process was started. More
