These guys are a joke, lack of professionalism and customer service experience all the way around. The sales guy was a nice guy, good kid actually. The finance manager was a complete pompous, unorgani customer service experience all the way around. The sales guy was a nice guy, good kid actually. The finance manager was a complete pompous, unorganized individual.. I walked away from the deal because of the unprofessionalism from the finance manager to be honest. The management team would really benefit from completely overhauling their operations and emphasising customer experience as a number 1 priority. There are to many cars and to many dealerships around to have to deal with the shenanigans at this dealership. I waited an hour to sign a deal, and literally sat there and watched most of the staff walking around, looking at their phones and not even acknowledging me as a customer. Terrible experience and significant lack of attention to detail. Now I am happy I get to take my business elsewhere. More

Well first off I am I young BUSINESS OWNER with great credit. Me and my fiancé (who is also fairly young) came along with his mother. The “salesman” automatically gravitated toward them (maybe because sh credit. Me and my fiancé (who is also fairly young) came along with his mother. The “salesman” automatically gravitated toward them (maybe because she is an older person I don’t even know) I even asked upon arrival if I should work with a different salesman to speed up the process and I was told to work with the same one. I got an appraisal for my current vehicle and the didn’t help in getting me a better deal at all the manager had a very nonchalant attitude. I asked to test drive a vehicle I liked about 5 times as well as my mother in law and the salesman insisted he complete the deal with my fiancé first... then because of how he treated me we decided to not get the car he insisted we close the deal on and my fiancé took his business to a different location the next day (whom treated us way better might I add). So then this salesman was forced to allow me to test drive the car and his demeanor was just looking like he felt like it was a waste of time. I would ask him to do certain things and he had attitudes. Then it’s like the whole situation changed when he ran my credit and I decided I wanted to get the car and I told him how much I would put down. Just ridiculous I don’t recommend this location to anyone. More
