Horrible, I regret the day I stepped foot in this dealership. Per Jovonn I was sold a vehicle that hadn't been inspected and because of this he had no idea that he sold me a vehicle with engine issue dealership. Per Jovonn I was sold a vehicle that hadn't been inspected and because of this he had no idea that he sold me a vehicle with engine issues. I purchased the vehicle in February and the vehicle has been in service on an engine related issue since the day of purchase. Javier in which recently showed blatant disregard, originally assured me that I was in good hands and everything would be taken care of. Javier and suha allowed one of their techs in service to put close to 1000 miles on my vehicle during there attempt to fix the engine issue and now after 3 weeks of finally having my vehicle it is now inoperable due to the engine related issue. Per Javier Im stuck with a $25,000 truck with no trade in options and Im still obligated to make payments on a car I’ve yet to have in my possession for 30 consecutive days. This is my 4th purchase from a Volkswagen dealership and this has been the worst experience ever. More
