Best dealer experience ever I contacted Roger DeVito because I had seen the new accent at the Milwaukee auto show. About a year ago he had reached out to me by text and phone to see if I was interested in a car. I remembered that. I wanted an Accent with a manual transmission which is not easy to find, but he and his boss found one! I am now the proud owner of a great car and very happy with the purchase and transaction. Tom Lehman in finance was also great. Both Roger and Tom talked a little about their children which makes me understand them better as people and not just employees of a car dealership. Great people at this dealer. I will recommend them to others. More

I told him what I was willing to pay per month for a new car and he made it happen. Milton was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what I was paying for. I would buy a car from Milton again and recommend him to anyone, especially those new to buying cars. All of the other employees of the dealership were very friendly and helpful. I like coming to this dealership, having bought a car from them before. I drive from the city to get my cars serviced here and will continue to do so. I'm very pleased with my new Hyundai Elantra and with my buying experience. Thanks! More

Discriminating Salesman!!! If you think it's okay to discriminate and judge someone before the test drive even start, you will not sell any cars. We were talking with Brian Zio If you think it's okay to discriminate and judge someone before the test drive even start, you will not sell any cars. We were talking with Brian Ziolko and he went to get the keys for us to test drive a Santa Fe, however he made a remark to my husband about how he should know how expensive it is and that his payments will be much higher and can he actually afford it. We were not even talking about numbers, this was in the first 5 minutes. The salesman wasn't with us for more than 10 minutes and was judging already. TEACH YOUR SALES PEOPLE TO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER BECAUSE YOU LOST A BIG SALE. The sad thing is the managers were right there hearing this and didn't even come up to us to say anything. Horrible experience and we will be getting rid of our Sonata this week as well. More
Unhappy customer Was not happy with my sales person. Very tricky and confusing and took advantage of me. Which ended up with me stuck with the vehicle. Called back and Sales Manager and General Manager were rude and blamed me for the experience. I feel I over paid for the vehicle and they simply did not care. Was asked to come back in to discuss it, but would not take back the vehicle I feel I paid too much for. Of course I would not want to sit down with the same people that took advatage of me in the first place. Now stuck with the overpriced vehicle. Terrible experience! More
