worst car buying experience ever This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a car dealership. We were coming from an hour away to view a car that was listed online. We call This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a car dealership. We were coming from an hour away to view a car that was listed online. We called 2 days out to set up a time to see the vehicle. Called a day later to confirm and there was no record of the first call, so made another appointment. Called the day of the appointment in the afternoon and was told the car was there and ready to be looked at. Another call was made before leaving, about an hour ahead of the appointment and was told the car was still available and ready to be seen it was on the lot. A text was sent a half hour out to confirm since we were coming from a long distance and again told it was on the lot ready to be seen. We get to the lot the car is not there. It was taken for detailing that afternoon and the detailing shop is closed. We asked if there were any other cars on the lot to see. They showed us one with a cracked windshield that they "might fix" if we would buy it. Another car that they claimed they were selling for less than they paid for it but would not show the invoice to show what they paid for it. Then tried the bait and switch for a more expensive car that was "only several thousand dollars more". The sales manager Akira Shibata was not willing to do anything for the horrible experience that we had and was actually quit rude, he made it seem we were an inconvenience to him for being at the dealership. When we asked for the number for the owner of the dealership we were told no one knew his number or how to contact him. When we asked for the general managers number they only would give his name and were not able to give us his card for contact. I would be very cautious in going to this dealership. More
Best dealer experience ever I contacted Roger DeVito because I had seen the new accent at the Milwaukee auto show. About a year ago he had reached out to me by text and phone to I contacted Roger DeVito because I had seen the new accent at the Milwaukee auto show. About a year ago he had reached out to me by text and phone to see if I was interested in a car. I remembered that. I wanted an Accent with a manual transmission which is not easy to find, but he and his boss found one! I am now the proud owner of a great car and very happy with the purchase and transaction. Tom Lehman in finance was also great. Both Roger and Tom talked a little about their children which makes me understand them better as people and not just employees of a car dealership. Great people at this dealer. I will recommend them to others. More

I was given speedy service and they called to let me know my car was ready. A part was needed and was ordered that day. I’ll bring my car in to have that installed next week. More

I told him what I was willing to pay per month for a new car and he made it happen. Milton was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what I was paying for. I would buy a car from Milton again and recommend him to anyone, especially those new to buying cars. All of the other employees of the dealership were very friendly and helpful. I like coming to this dealership, having bought a car from them before. I drive from the city to get my cars serviced here and will continue to do so. I'm very pleased with my new Hyundai Elantra and with my buying experience. Thanks! More
