When I got there they did not have me in the system. That's when I was talked down to and told "I should always take down the name of the person who scheduled my appointment". From the moment I walked in I could feel the annoyed energy emanating off Adrian. I was basically a thorn in his day he had to "deal" with. So much so that I actually asked him if he was having a bad day. He had no desire whatsoever to help me with my situation. I ended up leaving and going to the Racine Hyundai which has much better service! More

Beware! We recently moved to the States from Europe and bought a used car from this dealership. It broke down 2 weeks or 16 days later and now needs a new sta We recently moved to the States from Europe and bought a used car from this dealership. It broke down 2 weeks or 16 days later and now needs a new starter that will cost close to $600. We called them and they simply replied that it has nothing to do with the engine so therefore is not their responsibility. Even the car mechanic at the garage offered to call the dealership because he thought that it was a joke!!!! Be warned, there are thousands of other dealerships in Illinois so go elsewhere, wish we had. More
