Nope. Went in for a $5000 advertised car. I was upfront, straightforward, about my wants, needs, limits, and standings. Yes, they can probably do that! A Went in for a $5000 advertised car. After seven hours of running numbers and then being told the only car I could get was the one they placed in front of me - No. Nope. I ended up being overcharged $3,000 more - 50% of the value of the car - than the fair market value of the car. THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE than the fair market value of the car. That's pretty bad. Once I looked at a car that I liked and told him I was going to pay cash for a new car the representative was extremely rude and pushy. He continues to text me for a few weeks several times. We finally agreed on a price for the vehicle I wanted. When I got there Rodger couldn't meet his verbal agreements, he had me waste 4hr on his B.S. not including the other 2 times I was there PLUS all the calls and texts messages. I walked out! Told him not to call and still did. I called the manger of the dealer to complain about Rogers unprofessional Behavior he insisted that I was wrong and that Rodger is his top salesman. More

When I got there they did not have me in the system. That's when I was talked down to and told "I should always take down the name of the person who scheduled my appointment". From the moment I walked in I could feel the annoyed energy emanating off Adrian. I was basically a thorn in his day he had to "deal" with. So much so that I actually asked him if he was having a bad day. He had no desire whatsoever to help me with my situation. I ended up leaving and going to the Racine Hyundai which has much better service! More
