I was always afraid of talking with a finance manager but he changed my mind and he is for sure that the best finance manager I have ever seen. More

They performed multiple follow up calls with me and worked with me on a price that satisfied everyone. I went to Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg and they were God awful. They wouldn't even call me. That dealership should take some lessons from Hyundai Gurnee employees as far as customer service goes. I would def buy another car from Hyundai Gurnee. More

Why is it so hard to give good service? This is my second new car purchase at this dealership and it may be my last. When they read the negative reviews they want you to contact them so they This is my second new car purchase at this dealership and it may be my last. When they read the negative reviews they want you to contact them so they could address the issue but then they ignore your phone calls and emails. The service department has always been the better experience but they also sometimes drop the ball. When I dropped off my car for an oil change I told the service rep that I had two years of free oil changes. I still have a year to go. When my car was done they handed me a bill for $93. So here I go explaining my free two year oil changes. The service rep went to the finance office to make I didn’t misunderstand that maybe I was only entitled to two free oil changes. Well I was proven right. My other complaint of the day was with the receptionist for customer service. I believe her name was Norine. I was in the waiting room for 1.45 minutes watching everyone get there vehicles. I got up and asked her about mine. She looked on her desk for my paper work. It was not there so she remarked it should be done soon. I asked how did she know that without checking. She then said I could go to the service area and check myself. What a lazy and inconsiderate employee. That’s when I went to the service area and had to dispute the charges for my oil change. I now will carry a copy of my contract so hopefully this will not be an issue in the future. You would think that is all included in my vehicle account. I will be looking for a new vehicle in a couple of years. Need to also look for a new dealership. More
