I was looking at a used car with an advertised price of 9,500 and the "manager" says he could sell it to me for nearly 15k....I was like what kind of a fool do you think I am as tax, titke and license isn't 5k. I told him what I was willing to pay and he wanted a copy of my credit card?? He then asked for $20. I woukd have left but liked the car. They agreed on my offer and then I waited 2 hours for the finance guy. After all was said and done, I'm driving home and the gas tank was empty...I thought you are kidding me? What a joke....and this guy owns 34 dealerships?? More

Stellar salesman My salesman was fantastic. He wasn't the typical arrogant, slimy car salesman that society disdains. He was funny, he was personable, he was attentive My salesman was fantastic. He was funny, he was personable, he was attentive, he was knowledgeable about the car having one himself, and we got along well. Negotiations were fairly smooth. He earned his commission. The dealership was clean, comfortable, accommodating, accessible, and a good location for test drives. I went into the purchase having done a ton of research on the car and none on the dealer itself, but the whole experience was decent and I would recommend them to my friends. More

I am not one to complain, but this was truly the worst service I have ever received. I made an appointment with a lady via email, but was not who I received when I got to the dealership- even after asking for her. I was placed with a gentleman named Roger DeVito, who couldn't have seemed more uninterested to have been meeting with me. I told him that I was interested in buying a Kona, but needed to compare two of the models. He refused to give me information on either of the cars because I was "not ready to buy today." I have never experienced this at a dealership before. Nearly every question I asked was answered by "we can talk about it when you are ready to buy." You expect me to buy a car without receiving information? I felt completely disrespected the entire time. It was as if I was not being taken seriously because I am a young female. It was not until I mentioned my father coming with me to look at cars that he showed any interest in me as a customer. THEN he wanted to set up a future appointment with me so he could meet with my father. As if this isn't bad enough, when I told him that I was looking for the car in white or sonic silver, he explained that they did not have the car in that color and it would cost me more money for them to trade another dealership for the exact car I wanted. When I explained that every other Hyundai dealership I have visited told me that they would find the color I wanted and make a trade at no cost, his response was that at this location they charge for those types of services. When his manager came out, it was confirmed that this dealership is not for me! The manager gave me the same uninterested vibe. When I told him I was not satisfied because I did not get my questions answered, he said we can discuss pricing and payments when I am ready to buy that day and when I come back with my father. All in all, this experience was awful. I felt extremely disrespected. I will NOT be buying from this dealer, nor recommend to anyone to waste their time stepping foot into this dealership. More
