Awful! I went in for a oil change and my 30,000 mile inspection there an hour and a half told the gentleman I had the warming oil change do you after if the car was done he came out and asked me how I w inspection there an hour and a half told the gentleman I had the warming oil change do you after if the car was done he came out and asked me how I was paying for it I reminded him I had to Warman deal ask him about the rotation of the tires nothing had been done they had taken him an hour and a half to do an oil change I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to complete the rest of the inspection More

I remember him walking out in the snow to my car as I was leaving, to try meet an agreeable price point. I appreciate his salesmanship. There were some issues with my paperwork at first. I brought it to their attention and it took about a week to get resolved. I am happy with how Abel followed up with me and saw to it that it was resolved. I also want to thank Zahir who went over the whole paperwork again and helped me understand how it was resolved. If you are going to this store, ask for Abel if you have any concerns. He is a senior sales manager and will make an effort in understanding/resolving your concerns. At the end of the day, this is a good dealership with lots of options for all Hyundai models, good pricing and they value customer relationship. More

I had to make an app. To be seen. I needed to order a part. The service never call when the part came. When we called service, they connected us to parts. Horrible. Trying to sell our car back to us for market value but yet our lease had a buy out of way less. Everyone just couldn’t agree on anything and tried to make us pay 6k MORE than we should have. Sti value but yet our lease had a buy out of way less.
