Loyality Doesn't Matter I purchased my Elentra with the bumper to bumper extended warranty. I dropped my car off late Thursday afternoon, and informed the rear passenger cali I purchased my Elentra with the bumper to bumper extended warranty. I dropped my car off late Thursday afternoon, and informed the rear passenger caliper was sticking. I requested a loaner and was told I had to prove I had a warranty. Upon providing the warranty, I was told I had to wait for diagnostic and confirmation the loaner was a benefit of the warranty. When asked how long this would take, I was told "no clue." I left my car with the dealership at this point. The next day, I had to call around 11:30am to follow up. I was told the guy taking care of me the prior day was "New and doesn't know what he is doing." I had to restate my issues and was told the brake pads would not be covered under my warranty. I informed I understood the brake pads would not be covered, but the calipers are not a wear and tear item. The service provider then apologized and said he would get back to me about the loaner and speak with the warranty company. I was called later that day stating the rotators, pads, and calipers would need to be replaced. I was told I would have to wait until Saturday morning to pick up my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, Tom, reviewed the repairs items, and stated the bill was wrong and needed to charge me an additional $74.00 plus the $100.00 out of pocket for my warranty. At this point, I am so completely done with being provided poor customer service, I pay the bill and leave. Honestly, my brakes feel soft and I am worried about the quality of service performed. More
