Great Selection - Do Your Homework I went here to specifically see a used 2014 VW Touareg they had just gotten into stock. I called to verify the vehicle was in stock and made an appointment to meet with a salesperson a few hours later. The car was spotless and heatred and ready for me to see when I arrived. All of the sales personnel I worked with were professional and friendly.. Be advised that this is like all dealerships - they're in business to make a profit. You need to do your homework if you're trading in a vehicle. I arrived knowing exactly what my trade values were worth according to the major sites - KBB, NADA and Edmunds. I also knew what the retail values for the Touareg were based on the values from those same sites. The first numbers they will offer you will not be in your favor. You need to negotiate and explain your position. I found doing so resulted in what I feel was a fair value for my trade and a fair value for the Touareg. They very well may beef up an online price for "re'conditioning" but if you have properly prepared to negotiate you'll be able to walk out with a fair deal. Follow-up after the sale has been very good as well. More

Not only did they try and slip in an $1100 “service fee” that was never disclosed, Leonides’ condescending and patronizing attitude was filled with utter disrespect toward me and my family. While my daughter was able to get her dream car, she will never forget the nightmare of this experience. Buyer beware—we will never be back there again! More
