Part replacement in new car I bought a new Hyundai last month and there was some kind of a switch that was faulty and needed to be replaced so I scheduled an appointment to have I bought a new Hyundai last month and there was some kind of a switch that was faulty and needed to be replaced so I scheduled an appointment to have this part replaced on my new car (did I clearly mention that the car I purchased was brand new, and I wouldn't normally expect a problem in the first place). In either case, when I showed up for my scheduled appointment I was treated indifferently due to there being a flood of unscheduled appointments ahead of me and I was told to wait my turn and they'd get to me (even though my appointment had been scheduled). When Mark looked into the nature of my visit and appointment he did end up pushing it through since it was a simple fix and was something that shouldn't have even needed fixing in the first place. I understand he was under some stress at that point during the day, but good customer service would not let a customer with a scheduled appointment feel that stress. More

Slow service and rude employees especially Mark Strege -Took a hour for just an oil change -Mark lied to me when my car was finished. One and half hours for an oil change! Had a 1 PM appointment for an Oil Change. I arrived at 12:45 for my appointment. They took my vehicle in at 1 PM. Auto repairs Mark was very accommodating in scheduling and accepted a coupon for a price reduction.
