Good service I have always said that the service department is so much better than the sales department but I was slightly disappointed with my last visit. I received a text from the dealership stating that one of my vehicles had a safety recall and call to make an appointment for which I did. Made the appointment no problem and was only told see you when. I arrived on set day and time and was then told it would take a minimum of two hours to service my vehicle. Would I be waiting or returning when ready. It would have been nice if I would have been informed of that before I came in to drop off my vehicle. I let the service rep know that and he stated that was in the email that was sent to me. I told him I never received that email, only a text. They did offer to drive me home after I called my wife to pick me up. Car was ready in about two hours, nice and clean. More

Part replacement in new car I bought a new Hyundai last month and there was some kind of a switch that was faulty and needed to be replaced so I scheduled an appointment to have I bought a new Hyundai last month and there was some kind of a switch that was faulty and needed to be replaced so I scheduled an appointment to have this part replaced on my new car (did I clearly mention that the car I purchased was brand new, and I wouldn't normally expect a problem in the first place). In either case, when I showed up for my scheduled appointment I was treated indifferently due to there being a flood of unscheduled appointments ahead of me and I was told to wait my turn and they'd get to me (even though my appointment had been scheduled). When Mark looked into the nature of my visit and appointment he did end up pushing it through since it was a simple fix and was something that shouldn't have even needed fixing in the first place. I understand he was under some stress at that point during the day, but good customer service would not let a customer with a scheduled appointment feel that stress. More
