Had to pester dealership and salesperson multiple times, then go through Hyundai, then call GM at dealership to get the gift card. And the manager I spoke to was curt and acted like I was bothering him. All that after I even bought the car! The vehicle is great, the dealership isn’t. I’ll be looking for someplace else to get service work done. More

I received a text from the dealership stating that one of my vehicles had a safety recall and call to make an appointment for which I did. Made the appointment no problem and was only told see you when. I arrived on set day and time and was then told it would take a minimum of two hours to service my vehicle. Would I be waiting or returning when ready. It would have been nice if I would have been informed of that before I came in to drop off my vehicle. I let the service rep know that and he stated that was in the email that was sent to me. I told him I never received that email, only a text. They did offer to drive me home after I called my wife to pick me up. Car was ready in about two hours, nice and clean. More
