Good first time experience. I made an appt over the phone and mentioned at the time that I had a doctor’s appt and had to leave by 10:15am. When I checked in with Tomy and mentioned that I had to leave then, and mentioned at the time that I had a doctor’s appt and had to leave by 10:15am. When I checked in with Tomy and mentioned that I had to leave then, it didn’t seem like it was in my record. I arrived at 8am and my car was taken to service until 9;15am. I was worried that it may not have had adequate time to check out my car because I was a former Knauz customer and my records were not available, so a complete diagnostic baseline was needed. So, my service experience with Tomy was good, but I can’t rate it excellent because I worry that not enough time was spent for a complete baseline diagnostic. More
