Our Sales Rep seemed nice and very willing to help until he snuck on pass me on the offer sheet. Requested explanation and our Sales Rep said we must drive back 45 minutes to Gurnee from SEWI to discuss with the Sales Manager, I explained to the Sales Manager my concerns and he had no empathy in fact, states he would not have even sold the car at that price, it was too low. Obviously, we were not getting anywhere to resolve my concerns and it was obvious they just cared about selling a car and xxxxxx the customer financially during these pandemic times. More
