Service Thought I had a front end problem after I performed a complete brake job & tire rotation. Had a vibration between 60-70. Service team did analysis, determined that front tires were out of round. Wrote out analysis which helped me get these tires replaced. In addition, performed warranty work on LF door actuator, which I knew nothing about. All around, great service, great people. More

It was cool inside, comfortable chairs, TV with the latest news, delicious coffee, a donut for breakfast, newspaper to read, and most of all a massage for my aching back. Add all that to the very polite and knowledgeable Donny Penn who took my car away and kept me informed about the procedures being done and you have a very satisfied woman. Of course I wouldn't have chosen to be at a service spot in the first place but happily my Accord was repaired, the price was less than I expected, and the morning was pleasant. Thanks to Gunn Honda for 'time spent'. More

I was disappointed only once (new employee mistake) but the service manager corrected the situation immediately. In my 10 + years of purchasing vehicles and getting service done here, I have never truly regretted any decision with regards to Gunn Honda! cheating service Hi I had a problem with my A/C covered by an extended warranty. Most of A/C parts were covered by the warranty, including the compressor that faile Hi I had a problem with my A/C covered by an extended warranty. Most of A/C parts were covered by the warranty, including the compressor that failed. I took my car to Gunn Honda. They charged $50 for diagnosis, and told me that a certain part caused the failure. And that part is exactly one that is not covered by the warranty. And they offered me a repair at $1250. I contacted the service person (Monica) and her supervisor (Steve) bringing the point that they may not claim for sure that that part was exactly the reason of the failure. I requested them to state only the facts and not their guesses. These guys were not cooperative at all. I refused the repair and took it to another place. They diagnosed, that Gunn Honda eventually lied with the diagnosis. The part that they claimed faulty was not even touched by the mechanic, which was observable by uniform dust on the cover. And that part was not faulty. The warranty sent its representative, and he was also convinced that Gunn HOnda's diagnosis was a lie. Eventually I had my A/C repair covered by the warranty. I asked people what might be Gunn Honda motivation to disorient me. The amswer is that very often, such places are not interested in repairs by 3rd party warranties. Its below their hourly pay expectations. I am not sure if that is true, but my case says in favor of this assumption. More

Parish Malone has made every service visit - always just for maintenance because my car hasn't had one single problem - an absolute pleasure. He goes out of his way to make sure the service is completed to my satisfaction and even when I have a hundred questions, he answers every single one of them with a smile!! I tell everyone I know how amazing GUNN Honda has been and as I look to purchase the next vehicle in my life - I've already started shopping in the GUNN Honda inventory and plan on demanding that Parish always be my Service Advisor for maintenance! At exactly 5pm, LeRoy came to the waiting area to inform me that my car was ready. LeRoy was courteous and friendly. He listened very well to my concerns and addressed them to the minute details. He told me exactly what was done on the car and he made me feel confident about the tip-top condition of my 9-year-old vehicle. This kind of service makes me want to come back despite the distance.
