Awesome service and comp Krispy Kreme donuts I took my CRV (2014/48K) in for service Friday and was surprised with a new service rep. Jorge, my former, excellent rep had moved, and I met new rep I took my CRV (2014/48K) in for service Friday and was surprised with a new service rep. Jorge, my former, excellent rep had moved, and I met new rep Denise. She and her asst. [Marc, I think] were stars in getting my car through service; I didn't have time for that planned, second donut and cup of coffee. Credit to John V. who, I think, also did the work on my car in a previous service visit; he's also a pro. I've never had a bad experience with Gunn. They are attentive, well-informed and patient - everyone! They are the reason I bought a Honda, the reason I bought at Gunn, when I started shopping for a new car 18 months ago. They are the reason I drive the 70 minutes from Tarpley for service. Well, them and the donuts. More

Excellent experience with salesman Kevin Browning!! I called ahead to tell Kevin what I was looking for so when I got to the dealership he found the perfect car. Then I went to the finance department t I called ahead to tell Kevin what I was looking for so when I got to the dealership he found the perfect car. Then I went to the finance department to finish up and was home in 3 hours. Kevin even delivered the car to me that night. Great all around experience!!! More

Quick and excellent service experience! I arrived at my scheduled time and was immediately greeted by a service representative. I was given the estimated cost and time of completion, and gave my cell phone number for them to call. At approximately the proposed time I received the call that the service had been completed. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and given my bill, The cost was as expected. I waited les than five minutes for my car to be delivered. It was clean and ready-to-go. More
Fantastic Express Service I own a 2010 Honda Odyssey. I bought it new from Gunn Honda. In fact, this is the second Odyssey, I have purchased for Gunn Honda. They are the only I own a 2010 Honda Odyssey. I bought it new from Gunn Honda. In fact, this is the second Odyssey, I have purchased for Gunn Honda. They are the only ones that I will allow to work on my vehicle, and that hasn't amounted to very much. I always use their Express Service for my oil changes as I did this week. While my car was being serviced, I went into their parts department to purchase a wiper blade. During my conversation the parts counter salesman told me he would find my service rep and have him add the blade to my bill and that they would take care of installing it for me. When I picked up my car the new blade was installed and all I paid for was the blade itself. It is this type of service that keeps me coming back to Gunn Honda. Service was fast and excellent. More
