Took my information, ask what else he could do for me and was on my way. What I thought would take 4 hours only took an hour-and-a-half. Terrific service. My airbag for my 2011 Accord was being replaced under recall and Monica ( my service manager) took care of all details and notified in a timely manner once the part was in. This was follwed by a appointment for the service which was setup to meet my unusual schedule and personal needs. Monica kept me informed and up to date on each step of the process. She even ensured I had a vehicel to drive while my multiple issues were addressed. when indicated, she coordinated with other expert Honda service managers to double check my issues and provide the reassurance I needed. Airbag Recall I had a recall on the passenger side airbag so took it to Gunn where I had initially purchased my car. The work was done very quickly and efficiently I had a recall on the passenger side airbag so took it to Gunn where I had initially purchased my car. The work was done very quickly and efficiently. The service people were very courteous. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I wandered around the front looking at the new SUVs and Accords. During this time, NOT ONE SALES PERSON came over to see if I needed any help and there were several just standing around talking. Even though I was there for service, that didn't mean that I might not be interested in buying a new vehicle as mine is now 7 years old but they just didn't seem to care. Sales would definitely get a POOR rating. More
