This created a difficult day with several phone calls to him, my salesman and the financial institution that I have never had in the past. Except for this problem, I would have rated Gunn Honda at 5 stars. I have used your service center for my prior 2 Honda Pilots and always found then to be excellent and expect this will not have changed. My sales person deserves 5 stars. More
