Took my 2016 Chevy Suburban in for service repair. My assigned technician Paul was good. Paul displayed tremendous flexibility to get me in, even though my appointment made through Chat fell through; My assigned technician Paul was good. I do, however, have an issue with Gunn a support infrastructure, i.e. chat,messaging, etc. I called several times to get status update and could never get through. Expectation management is extremely-important to me. This failed miserably... I made my appointment through chatting with an associate. The appointment wasn't scheduled as I was told it was. With things being the way they are these days, customer service is so important. Gunn has to improve in this area!!! Again, kudos to Paul for displaying tremendous flexibility!!! More

Gunn service center always shows great professionalism and speed at every visit / service.
