Not happy with service, took truck in so they could check squeaking brakes and nothing was done. Scott Shepherd and Gunn Chevrolet were extremely helpful and courteous when looking for a new vehicle. This is an update to previous review It was bad enough when I came in and was told I needed work done on my car, but to have them not secure the splash guard to where it came loose and started drag enough when I came in and was told I needed work done on my car, but to have them not secure the splash guard to where it came loose and started dragging on one side and part broke off while on a trip, is ridiculous. I will now need to spend additional money replacing a part your technician didn’t fully secure. When I lived in Houston and took my car to the dealership for service, I didn’t have these problems. When I moved to San Antonio I took my car to Jiffy Lube and didn’t have these problems. I brought my car there for alignment and oil change and now I have an additional problem. I won’t be back and will make sure everyone I know here doesn’t come there either, for service or to buy a vehicle. More
