I would do a negative number if I could. Bought an Infinity from them and since then car has been sold. Loan company has sent them and me a letter notifying the car was paid off. I calle Bought an Infinity from them and since then car has been sold. Loan company has sent them and me a letter notifying the car was paid off. I called GRUBBS since it has been 10 days and still no GAP refund and was informed I had to send an email to GRUBBS for cancellation along with the letter from the loan company (GRUBBS already was sent a copy from the loan company) and it will take 6 to 8 weeks for processing. This is total xx!! this should be done automatically since they were sent a copy of the letter. Please, if anyone out there reads this I suggest you DO NOT deal with GRUBBS. Both sales personnel we dealt with have resigned because of the shady dealings they were informed to do. More

He provided excellent information and guidance throughout the entire process, all the way to ensuring transport delivery of the vehicle to my Tulsa address. He was kind, courteous, and very transparent and honest. His shepherding us with very consistent communication and updates took the stress out of the purchase. I would strongly recommend his services upon your next car purchase...from anywhere. John arranged for the waiver of the delivery fee which made getting the exact car we wanted with delivery to our door a breeze. I found it liberating not to be a captive to the local dealers.
