Great experience at Grubbs! Dylan, our salesman, was attentive, knowledgeable, and a breath of fresh air. Within moments it was like talking to an old friend. We had an idea of Dylan, our salesman, was attentive, knowledgeable, and a breath of fresh air. Within moments it was like talking to an old friend. Well that was 2 hours of my life that I can't get back. After the papers were signed on a car, they actually tried to switch the car out on me! Jason Fountain the sales manager was ok with it. Luckily, I'm not color blind and can tell a black car with no trim packages from a white car loaded. This was the most underhanded experience I have ever had. I would never recommend someone try to deal with them. They are obviously only interested in ripping people off. 👎IF I could give negative stars, I would! More

Our experience with Grubbs Acura was amazing! I usually dread going to dealerships, but this was a different experience. Khup was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we were I usually dread going to dealerships, but this was a different experience.
