Unless you’re forced to go here for oil changes like I was, don’t even bother coming here. I had an appointment @ 11, showed up @ 10:30, didn’t get my vehicle back till almost 2. They don’t got nothing for you there just granola, popcorn, and water. That’s it. You can’t walk nowhere because every where is far. Honestly it’s a waste of a day. Just for an oil change takes almost 3 hours. With an appointment. Do not recommend this place. More
We bought a truck on November 17, 2025 to find out 2 days later that it had a busted seal gasket. We tried to get it repaired with the standard 30 day warranty but were told that they had no record of any w later that it had a busted seal gasket. We ended up having to get it repaired at another auto shop. Group 1 GMC was charging $1,600 for repair and we paid $448.00 at a local auto shop. As of January 15, 26, we still have not received the registration or license plate. Austin never called us to let us know that they had received the plate and registration so we could go pick it up so I checked with MVD and was told that it had been issued to Group 1 GMC more than a month ago. Also, I purchased an extended warranty for 4,447.00 which I canceled 2 days after purchase because Gerry told me that it would cost $500.00 each time we brought in our vehicle for any repairs WITH the extended warranty I purchased so I canceled it and requested a refund for $4,447.00 but, as of today, 2 months later, have not heard anything or received anything. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone More
Sales mgr was really not helpful at all! I mean get it we need to make money right but xxxx. There was soo much room for negotiation on the price but he was just an xxxxxxx about it. The vendor don’t give me advise about the pick up do I choose and buy . I guess isn’t he’s problem to give me an advise of the condition of the truck . The truck stays almost a mount because the insurance company NEEDS to send an inspector to SEE the problem . Do you think do I have to give a good reference to the dealership ( the use cars ) ? More
