I had an irritating experience with a representative that had a lack of customer service (Chris). I called to see what the status of my truck was since the dealership had my truck for over a week. You figu had a lack of customer service (Chris). I called to see what the status of my truck was since the dealership had my truck for over a week. You figure since it’s a dealership you can just walk or call an extension to get a definitive answer on the question the customer is asking regarding their vehicle. I was told that my truck wouldn’t be ready until 5pm. Which didn’t make sense to me since the prior representative that was working with me (Carlos) told me that my vehicle wouldn’t be ready be the first one in today for the technician to work on. I decided to get a ride since I felt like I was getting the run around. As soon as I got to the dealership, I spoke with Chris and asked him what the status of my truck? Without blinking and eye he said it would be ready at 5pm. Without even trying to go to the technician or even calling the technician, just as a curtesy to let me know that he actually cares about the customer service, he just said it will be ready by 5pm. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor was very helpful and understanding of why I was a bit flustered at this point. Within minutes of speaking to the supervisor (which I forgot his name since I was so frustrated and trying to keep my cool), the supervisor had answered my question and got my truck ready for me to take home. The service supervisor really saved the day and gave me hope that customer service was still alive. More
