Dropped my wifes Buick SUV off on a Monday morning and picked it up on Sat afternoon. During that 6 period I was told that they recognized the problem but didn’t know what it was. In 6 days they never c picked it up on Sat afternoon. During that 6 period I was told that they recognized the problem but didn’t know what it was. In 6 days they never called me, I had to call them and everytime it was possibly something else. They charged for a diagnostic and early Sat morning they said it was the engine and I needed to take it back to where I had it replaced. The engine had never been replaced it was the original engine and it only had 80k miles. They never offered to fix it so I took it to another authorize mechanic and they said it was the transmission. What does Buick want me to pay for a transmission or motor? Horrible product and even worse service for 80k miles. It was pay me for the diagnostic and I’ll guess and good luck on finding your problem. Horrible Customer Service More

My appointment was at 4:30. I was called and told to come in early because they would take me right in. I arrived at 11:30 and 3 1/2 hours later, my oil change is complete. When I was called and told to come in early because they would take me right in. I arrived at 11:30 and 3 1/2 hours later, my oil change is complete. When asked if my tires were rotated, they weren't. So I waited another 30 minutes. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait so long? An oil change and tire rotation should not take 4 hours. More
Appointments mean nothing, left waiting for hours for normal service and think they forgot I was there waiting, they started closing the garage doors and I went over to check on the car and they looked s normal service and think they forgot I was there waiting, they started closing the garage doors and I went over to check on the car and they looked startled. This service department has repeatedly taken several hours to do routine oil change and tire rotation. We actually had we’re expecting the 60,000 service but they did not provide that even though we were at 62,000 miles. Very poor service and scheduling. More
