My car was at the dealership for nearly a month. I kept getting told, just a few more days, waiting on a part, waiting on a tool, ect. No work done on it until I complained to corporate. Then miracu I kept getting told, just a few more days, waiting on a part, waiting on a tool, ect. No work done on it until I complained to corporate. Then miraculously my car was ready the next day. After spending money on a rental car, I was given a loaner car but got no communication from the service person until I complained to corporate. Horrible communication and outright lies about the status of my car. Very dissatisfied. More
