It was a terrible experience. They tried to pull the classic "Bait and Switch" move on me. The car was listed at 18,400, and the salesman told me the interest rate would be 5.7%. When I start talking to the finance guy to close the deal, the price of the car is now magically $19, 900+, and the interest rate is now 5.9%. Even though I felt like they were being shady as xxxx, I decided to buy the car anyway. With my own financing. I get the keys to the car, start driving slowly from the back of the parking lot, and the rear brakes are sounding like grinding metal. I furiously park the car in the front, and have my wife tell them the situation. They say they will take it to service in the morning. The next morning the salesman calls me and tells me it has a bad brake calipers which is a common situation with the CX-5, and that I CAN BUY A PART TO FIX IT! No sir cancel this deal. More
