Had our vehicle in for service and one of the items was a tire rotation. Upon receiving the vehicle back, one wheel was badly scarred. The dealership did try to get the wheel repaired, but it wasn’t taken ba tire rotation. Upon receiving the vehicle back, one wheel was badly scarred. The dealership did try to get the wheel repaired, but it wasn’t taken back to 100% original condition. The major issue is that I’ve reached out to the general manager of the dealership through email with no response, and I reached out to the service department to discuss a replacement and they have not returned my call either. I would not use this service department again. The lack of follow up from the dealership is unacceptable and shows complete unresponsiveness to their customers needs. We trusted them with our vehicle and they gave it back in a lesser condition than what we left it with them, which is unacceptable. We don’t mind them making a mistake with a wheel, but they should at a minimum be responsive and communicating, and discussing the situation to resolve. Highly disappointed in this dealership, probably would not purchase or have a vehicle serviced there again. More

Staff was friendly, but whoever is pricing the repairs is a crook…10 labor hours for a knock sensor is criminal! Service was fine, but I had an appt at 7:30am. Received texts about my truck being serviced at 8:30am and then was never called about my truck being finished. I called at 5 to check and they said Received texts about my truck being serviced at 8:30am and then was never called about my truck being finished. I called at 5 to check and they said come before 6 to pick it up. When I got there they said the truck was done at 10:30a. I didn’t need the truck back right away (as to why I didn’t call sooner) but it’s the common courtesy of letting your customer know their vehicle is ready. More
