I appreciate the attempt but doubt that any favorable action will be taken. I say this as the mew GM, Jack Grote, phoned twice. He originally spoke with my daughter as we purchased the vehicle togethet. He implied that he was interested in making things right. He then stopped corresponding with her, to the point that he stopped responding to her attempts to contact hom. Jack then called me. It took awhile to retutn his call as the voice mail message he left went unchecked. When i did speak with him, he commented sbout wanting to speak with me to see if i recalled things differently than my daughter! I was appalled as we went through the entire process of purchasing the car and all that folowed. The situation ended with Jack blaming us for not following Grote's procedures, despite having had poor leadership and the obvious contentions that would incur if i had called with a problem. Jack was no different! He stated that 1 bad review would not hurt the Grote business. He then faded away with all attempts yo rectify a bad situation. With all due respect, your title is lower thsn Jack's was. I am truly dumbfounded that you feel I would belive any true action would be tsken!
