I had a TERRIBLE experience with this dealership. Had issues immediately that were hidden/never divulged or resolved and my car was not completely cleaned/detailed when I purchased it. They explained to me that this was because it had JUST arrived and they were in the process of detailing/doing Inspection. My other car had JUST broken down and I needed a car immediately to get to and from work, so they assured me that I could leave with the new car that day and bring it back when I was able to get a complete detail. They told me they did an inspection and found nothing wrong. As soon as I left I IMMEDIATELY started to notice issues. The tires that were on the vehicle were COMPLETELY BALD, the windshield wiper was broken, it had low coolant levels, a BAD battery, and problems with the ABS breaking system. I informed my dealer immediately and she ASSURED me that when I brought the car back in for the detailed cleaning all of this would be fixed as well. It WAS NOT. When I picked my car back up after the “detail” and “service” it was shiny on the outside, but still VERY dirty on the inside. I even found gum and food stuck to several spots on the seats, dirt and grime caked on the cars inside fabric roof (it wasn’t cleaned at all), dirt/mud on the steering wheel, and other various dirt/messes. My dealer was on a test drive with another client and didn’t get back until they were closing. However, she assured me all of the problems had been fixed. I took her word, as the dealership was closing and they were locking the doors and someone had dropped me off so I had to take the car anyway to get home. They did replace the bad battery and bald tires, but never would have had I not noticed and told them it wasn’t acceptable. However, I never got a replacement windshield wiper (they just took it off and stuck it in the trunk!), never got the “detail” I was promised repeatedly, and never got the ABS break system issue resolved (the light turned back on almost immediately as I was driving home that day). Unfortunately, I don’t have the best credit due to student loans I have been unable to pay at this time so I did not have a whole lot of options. In my opinion; they lie, do not keep their word or do as they promise, and take advantage of individuals with bad credit. Would NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN and would DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!! Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed with the entire experience, service, and purchase. Sadly, this was my first time purchasing from a dealership and they took advantage of my naivety and limited experience/knowledge and poor credit. More

My husband and I went to Grote "just to look" and ended up purchasing a completely different vehicle than originally were looking at. The staff was great in Warsaw... However... However, I have not received what I was promised, nor is the car equipped as promised. I would give Grote an easy five until papers are signed then they do not give a $$$$ about you. They get a VERY DISAPPOINTING negative ten after the sale. Poor follow up on promises and just poor follow up from supposable managers. More
I went to Grote automotive to purchase a vehicle the bad thing was I got hooked up with Austin who didn't care whether I bought a car or not so I didn't I even had to ask for his business card didn't invite thing was I got hooked up with Austin who didn't care whether I bought a car or not so I didn't I even had to ask for his business card didn't invite me back so I purchased one from gurley leep they took time with me and cared about me and my needs I work for a large company roughly 1200 associates and have sent several of my co workers to to see Mike out there for Grote automotive my advice is to start training your sales personel customer service and quit spending money on commercials I'm sorry I gave you guys a chance and you guys failed.
