Same old haggling so average service. Bought a used car from them with a warranty and had trouble from day one! 8 months later the used car still runs like crap and the crazy thing is they won't waive a $149 diagnosis fee to see if the stupid warranty covers the problem? Now you can make your own judgement. They say they care about you but they obviously don't. I asked both the service manager and the sales manager for them to please wave the diagnostic fee or I don't want to be involved with any place of business that refuses to back their product! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Then they edited their response to the Google review from being very sorry to blaming me for trying to fix the issues myself and accusing me of writing my review in hopes of getting services for free. Well that's a false accusation. It's not the money, it comes down to the principal of the situation and being able to rely on them. I want people to know how they act so nice when selling a vehicle to the money hungry grote grubs! Why do you want to be so nasty to your customers and accuse them of things that aren't true??? More

Sold me a truck with bald tires and bad brakes. 3-4 months after buying it, when I took it in for an oil change they said the shocks and struts were bad and it'd cost me 1400 to repair.
