It’s worth noting that you purchased your 2008 Ford Focus from us 10 months ago and have since driven over 10,000 miles. From our understanding, you’ve already undertaken your own repairs, which have not resolved the issue. While we empathize with your frustration, we believe your review may be an attempt to pressure us into providing additional services at no cost, which we do not believe is justified in this case. We strive to be fair and transparent with all of our customers, and we’re sorry we couldn’t reach a resolution that works for both parties.
