I deside charge my review back so people dont go through what I did for one they will tell you anything to get you in there I I have tried emailing the general manager no reply I did go into and tal through what I did for one they will tell you anything to get you in there I I have tried emailing the general manager no reply I did go into and talk to Clifton but basically cuz my credit score wasn't where it was supposed to be I have to pay more I understand but the finance manager or whoever he was told me the wrong number twice that the payoff was he did not explain it'll be 16.6 interest at $14,000 to borrow this money this is insane it's probably going to get to the point where I'm going to have to send it back and file bankruptcy even the letter I got from the general manager said they were there to help get me into a car I can afford and tell me why your pushy salesman told me this is the only car that I get approved for so I can't get approved for something at a lower amount? I told them way before coming in there I really can't afford anything over $400 a month I asked the salesman more than twice what other cheaper cars can I get he'll check seems to me all he was worried about was his commission they supposedly fix the mileage issue that they wrote down wrong on the paperwork I'm supposed to trust their word they sure was anxious for me to change my review but after texting with more questions and emails that no reply I'm changing it back don't be like me and have to pay $14,000 in interest just to borrow money they seem more to care about selling a vehicle then getting you something cheaper all the salesman said the bank won't like that yes I was a xxxxxxx on the contract it's my fault but they would explain it been more money for interest I probably wouldn't have done it there as bad as big city not for the people!! Cuz when he asked the salesman more than once that you want something cheaper and he came back oh well there's only one more and it's 600 a month so now I'm stuck with a car note 6 years at price of a brand new car did talk Clifton but really just said that how much it is and nothing they can do wait try refinance guess since they got the banks money it's not there issue I feel taking advantage of because my credit and I knew I needed something and really can't afford all this cuz I didn't know it was going to cost that much I told them.this more then.once salesman didn't care guess he wanted the one that cost more so dont be like me and most likely have give it back idk what I'm going do but dont trust what they tell you just get you in there very unhappy and now I have a check engine warning light on ,🤬🤬 More
Bought 35k dollar truck from Grote in Lafayette. Bought 3400 dollar warranty. Engine went out 4 weeks after purchase. Warranty company wouldn't replace engine because Grote deleted all codes before they sold it to us. The engine is a coyote v8 . 12k we don't have. Grote has no integrity and we (with interest) now have a 60k dollar paper weight. More
