Plenty of Other Dealerships To Choose From I chose this dealership for 2 reasons: 1. I used to be on friendly terms with the CEO 2. They had a great vehicle I had my sights set on Neither of these reasons served me well when it came to doing business with this particular dealership. I was supposed to receive 'white glove service' and what I got was my time wasted. After setting up an appointment with the GM a week in advance regarding the vehicle I wanted, I got to the dealership only to be told this vehicle had been sold the day before. That was a major red flag, and looking back should have been the point where I turned around and left their dealership. As they need to make their monthly quota, they were nice enough to try to sell me into something else (even though there was nothing else on their lot I cared to buy), but that too turned into a waste of time as it wasn't in my budget. They tried to have me bring in a cosigner, so they could close the deal but there was NO WAY I was going to do that for a car I didn't even want just so they could get their sale. Then, a few days later I received an email from their sales manager, Chad I believe, that he would really love to assist in getting me into the car I'd inquired about - the only problem there? I had never inquired about this car; it was the car they'd tried to sell me once they got me on their lot. Nice communication, boys. You might want to work on that. If that is their white glove treatment, I'd hate to be someone coming in off the street. There are PLENTY of other dealerships to choose from, customers don't have to tolerate getting treated like an afterthought. Not Impressed. I would advise to go somewhere else, but if you choose this dealership - MAKE SURE THEY STILL HAVE THE CAR YOU WANT BEFORE YOU STEP FOOT ON THEIR LOT!!! More
