The car was ready and Chris answered all of our questions. Financing was easy. We were at the dealership a few hours while they got the car ready (the car was taken off of the transport truck just hours before). Great experience My husband and I took in his Ford truck for a recall repair (most of the other Ford dealerships in the area did not seem interested in handling the re My husband and I took in his Ford truck for a recall repair (most of the other Ford dealerships in the area did not seem interested in handling the recall) and decided to check out the Ford Edge and Escape as we wanted to look at SUVs. We decided that the Escape would be the perfect size for us. As we were preparing to leave, Gabrielle asked if she could answer any questions. We told her we were just looking at the size difference of the Edge and the Escape and that we were interested in the Escape. She told us that she had a 2016 on the lot with low mileage that we could look at. It was raining and lightening out so we told her we would come back when we picked up the truck. We went in the next day, test drove the Escape and fell in love with it. The price was too good to pass up and we could not find any other Escapes in the area with the low mileage this one had. Gabe was great to work with, answered all our questions and the dealership was able to get financing that was very competitive. We bought the car that day and are thrilled. I have been a Honda owner since 1982 but feel the Escape met our needs. Ford has come a long way in manufacturing of their vehicles. I would highly recommend Groove Ford should you be looking at purchasing a Ford vehicle. We were also pleased with the service we received by the service department in taking care of our recall. Easiest, most pleasant car buying experience! I was referred to Groove Ford by a family member when it came time to trade in my beloved Ford Edge for something with lower miles. I first spoke with I was referred to Groove Ford by a family member when it came time to trade in my beloved Ford Edge for something with lower miles. I first spoke with the GM Ryan Sherman who immediately put me at ease, and assured me that he would make this purchase a breeze. I made an appointment, and upon my arrival was promptly greeted by Zac and Ryan. Zac is one of Groove's top sales associates, and for good reason. I had expressed interest in two different vehicles, and both were waiting for me to look at and drive. Ryan sent us off with Zac with specific instructions to have fun. Zac was very knowledgeable and told us all about the vehicle we were driving . He was able to answer all of our questions, and more. He did not once try to give us any kind of "hard sell". A short while (and very nearly a ticket) later we were back and ready to purchase. I was given an excellent deal on my new Edge. Zac listened to what we needed and wanted. He put together finance options and got our payment to where we needed it. We then worked with Scott Greenwood in finance on the paperwork . Scott was knowledgeable, friendly and informative . He offered us additional products he felt we may have benefited from but did not pressure us and let us decide what we needed . Even though the car we purchased already looked great, Zac had it run through the detail shop so it would be perfect, and it was. While Zac installed my temp tag, I was offered a free oil change by the service department if I could hit him with a water balloon. Of course I did it. My first oil change is on Groove. I can honestly say that this experience has changed car buying for me. I got my perfect car, and enjoyed doing it. These guys are awesome, the customer service is top notch. Will be back and would recommend to all! More
