I had 4 tires mounted and balanced, 4 valve stems replaced and a 4 wheel alignment done. when I set up this visit, the woman I spoke to wanted to sell me an alignment before they even checked if it n replaced and a 4 wheel alignment done. when I set up this visit, the woman I spoke to wanted to sell me an alignment before they even checked if it needed it. I politely asked that they perform the check first, show me a print out of the check and then, if necessary, perform the alignment. This never happened and they did the alignment without asking me and ir showing me anything. I worked in a class 8 truck shop as a diesel technician for a number of years and can interpret what comes out of a hunter alignment machine. I also know that service advisors will upset at any chance they get. For all I know, They may have just said an alignment was done and never adjusted anything. The woman I spoke to also said that the mount and balance would be 80 dollars and the alignment 99 dollars. My bill said the mount and balance was almost 100 itself and the alignment was 119 dollars. Just disappointed with the dishonesty just to make a couple extra dollars. The woman I spoke to also was not very friendly and very short with me. I will be evaluating taking my vehicle elsewhere for future needs. More
