We wanted to clarify that you were charged solely for the diagnosis and the replacement of the broken door keyless entry pad, as per your initial authorization. Our service advisor had mentioned upfront the possibility of additional repairs due to potential water intrusion and trunk issues. However, as it turns out, no further problems were found after replacing the door key pad. Therefore, there were no additional costs incurred. In an effort to help you, we did not charge you for retrieving and programming your door code, which you requested.
