Our service advisor had mentioned upfront the possibility of additional repairs due to potential water intrusion and trunk issues. However, as it turns out, no further problems were found after replacing the door key pad. Therefore, there were no additional costs incurred. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to transparency in our service.
