SUV was purchased about two weeks ago dealership and salesmen were great only problem is front end stearing makes a horrible sound when turning wheel with a big clunking noise. We were in a situation that we needed to be towed for a repair of our Expedition while out of town with our grandsons. Not only was Kay kind but made everything happen quickly from getting the tow and gett repair of our Expedition while out of town with our grandsons.
