:) i've gotten a lot of compliments on my taurus and i will continue to send people your way BOTH to BUY and to get service. it s a rare thing these days to find a good garage that is competent and can be trusted not to take advantage of people/but time and again i have been impressed with the service and prices in your service department. i have had my taurus now about three years i got a very good deal on it and i have not had ONE mechanical problem with it--just normal wear and tear/maintenance.

The timing was a very minimal issue of this service. There was more than a misunderstanding, I specifically asked to be informed of the rotor condition (both verbally and in writing) before proceeding with machining, which never occurred. The service center neglected to receive any permission before proceeding with expensive maintenance
