I’ve been taking my 013 F-150 to you from the time it was new, from Spoerl at the time. Yesterday I had an appointment for the deluxe oil change which I waited around for. They came ang got me from the waiting room when it was done. I paid for it and left…. I got to my truck and saw it wasn’t wasshed. I went back in and asked them why, they told me it was too cold out. Kay & Griffin Ford came to my rescue (again) on Christmas Eve. I woke up Christmas Eve morning to find a flat tire on my wife's MKC. Grifin and discovered a small nail in the sidewall of one of tires rende Eve. I woke up Christmas Eve morning to find a flat tire on my wife's MKC. Grifin and discovered a small nail in the sidewall of one of tires rendering unrepairable. We thought the tire was leaking very slowly but NOT.. With almost everything either closed or closing, I called Kay and without an appointment, she located a tire and made arrangements to have it installed. Within an hour or two, the bad tire was replaced and I was able to turn my attention to celebrating Christmas. Thank you Kay & Griffin Ford! More
