We have been with this dealer for all of our (MKZ & MKX) service needs for the Past 6-7 years however our recent service was like we have ever experienced before. I Scheduled a Works online and requested a service needs for the Past 6-7 years however our recent service was like we have ever experienced before. I Scheduled a Works online and requested a check of our MKX sky-roof track/gasket in the notes. My wife dropped off the vehicle and also mentioned the track. Upon notice that the MKX was ready and my wife returning the service dept could not locate the vehicle saying it may be getting the wash (customarily done) only to discover that it was misplaced and not washed. The excuse was that the service was for less than $100.00 so no wash is done, but on the invoice it stated a wash was done? The track/gasket was also not looked into even though it was also in the notes on the invoice. Service person said because the Sky-roof person wasn't in today. We travel 25 miles from our home for their service and have always been happy with their service but now we may be in need of a new dealer/location. I don't know if it was just a bad day for them but my Wife was in a great mood and happy when she dropped it off and returned to pick it up only to see it messed up. More
