Stiff Neck. Joyce is my Mother-in-law. Overall, you have been taking good care of her car and because she is elderly and not very mobile, it's nice that you pick Joyce is my Mother-in-law. Overall, you have been taking good care of her car and because she is elderly and not very mobile, it's nice that you pick up the car, service it, and return it. However, this last time, the car was left adjusted for the large man that drove it back to her. She could not find the adjustments herself and had to drive it with the seat too loo, steering wheel too high, and she got a sore neck driving, not to mention that she was likely unsafe driving that way.
