Would NOT recommend for sales. I was at Grieco to get my current lease serviced (Side note: the service department deserves 5 stars and I would bring my car there again). Unfortunately, I can't say the same current lease serviced (Side note: the service department deserves 5 stars and I would bring my car there again). Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the sales department. While my car was being serviced, I received a call from the sales department because they were insterested in buying out my soon to be ending lease so I could upgrade. I agreed to come in and discuss upgrading from the camry to the Rav4. Over the course of an hour and 1/2 I was given the run around. The sales rep actually said to me "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours". All they wanted to do was play games. I finally thought I convinced the sales rep to let me leave to I could get my car from the service department and then as I was checking out, I realized he had followed me into the service department and then proceeded to follow me to the reception desk to pay. It was so unprofessional. After paying and waiting for my car keys, he then returned with his sales manager who tried yet again to sell me on another "deal" which was still over what I said my bottom line was. When I told him I had already declined the offer and was going to another dealer who had offered a better price he said "well, they're just trying to get you in the door and you'll never get that price I guarantee you". Today, I went to the other dealer and drove off the lot with my new Rav 4 for less than that price that "I'd never get". I will not be returning to Grieco for any sales needs and would not advise anyone else to go there either. (note: I am required to put an employees name to submit this review but do not have his card - so I will leave the sales rep I was scheduled to meet with Jackie - I did not ever work with her but was sent to another rep when I arrived) More
By far the worst dealer and car brand I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been a customer of Grieco Toyota’s for over 5 years now. They used to be AMAZING and genuinely seemed to care abo displeasure of dealing with. I have been a customer of Grieco Toyota’s for over 5 years now. They used to be AMAZING and genuinely seemed to care about there customers. Now they’re in it for the money and nothing else. This all slowly seemed to change after they did a remodel of the dealership. I purchased a brand new 2020 Corolla LE on March 20th 2020. Since then I have had COUNTLESS issues with the car. Transmission skipping, Apple car play disconnection issues, screen going black on me, insane tire noise, speakers not playing in the back, AC gurgling and most recently a MAJOR flood in the car! The AC unit overflowed into the front passenger and rear passenger seat. It was so bad that it caused mold. Toyota put cheap all-weather rubber mats in the car so there was NO way of me seeing the water pooling. I also drive my car, not sit in the passenger seat. No way to see it till the mold formed around the outsides and there wasn’t any smell. Apparently they claim that a “spider web” inside the tubes caused it to flood. How do I know that the car wasn’t sold to me that way? The car is so new and it takes time for mold to grow. I was hearing the AC gurgling on and off for a few months but figured it was just being noisy due to the humidity. If a small little spider is able to cause said problem, this is an issue. I also was told from another dealer that this is an issue Toyota knows about but doesn’t fix. There drain tube is 1/4-1/2in in diameter. That’s TINY! They don’t fix it because they know they won’t cover damage due to it and it saves them money. Bunch of scam artists. I’ve been dealing with a 13 day back and forth battle between Toyota corporate, Grieco and my insurance company (progressive). I finally got word today that Toyota REFUSES to cover the damage to my car and the AC issue. Progressive may not even cover it. They want me to sign a form saying that I’ll pay for whatever progressive doesn’t pay for. So basically I’m being told that my brand new Corolla with 2,680 miles on it won’t be covered and I owe a good $6000+ or so. The damage is extensive plus the other issues I mentioned in my first paragraph. At this point I’ve had enough. They need to buy my car back with no additional charges or I’ll be contacting the BBB on both corporate and this dealer. I’ll also be contacting the news to let them know that Toyota sells brand new junk cars and makes excuses not to fix it. The other crazy thing about this story is that Toyota had my car for 9 days before they even pulled the hood up to look at the AC. They claimed they knew the issue before they even looked at the AC. They knew they wouldn’t cover it so they didn’t want to waste there time looking into the AC till someone paid them first. They only looked under the hood because I threatened that I had rights to sue them if they didn’t look and prove what happened. They also gave me a rental car for the last 3 1/2 days. The rental car they gave me was disgusting as well. Cardboard boxes and trash in the trunk, trash in the door handles, money in the door handles, coffee stain in the center console, and dried spit marks on the mirrors/ touchscreen. I had to sanitize the car before I drove away but the trash is still in the trunk and doors. I did take pictures before I cleaned stuff though. They apparently have no car cleaning policy for Covid-19 and they don’t care about new car buyers. Like I said before, they need to take this car back with no additional costs or I WILL spread this information to the BBB and the news. This is just insane. You buy a new car expecting to have no issues and if you do, you expect it to be taken car of. None of that has done. More
Don't shop at Greico. Salesman wanted to charge an extra $1000 over ad price because I was paying cash. Also added on 300 extra for bogus paint and interior coating. We were buying 2 vehicles to replace car $1000 over ad price because I was paying cash. Also added on 300 extra for bogus paint and interior coating. We were buying 2 vehicles to replace cars totaled by a tree falling on them. Very disappointed as we bought 3 Toyota's from them in past. This meant nothing to Tex the salesman. We walked out and bought 2 cars at another dealer. More
I came to Toyota desperately seeking a RAV4, but was upside-down on my current vehicle (understatement). Bill Tavares spent all day helping me undo my disaster of a situation, and ultimately helped me d upside-down on my current vehicle (understatement). He was patient, professional and the exact opposite of everything I anticipate and dread so much about car salesmen. Truly an amazing person. Nothing but problems with buying a truck. Found the truck I wanted on line and made an appoint for the following day. A week later the truck is still listed as for sale so I call them and am assured it is still for sale so I tell them I will buy it and will be there the following day and they make the appointment. Again I'm called back and am told someone has put a deposit on it and its no longer available. Two days later I see that the truck has sold for $1,100 more than it was offered for on line. I verified that it was the same truck I was trying to buy. I sent a text to the company contact person asking what I should have done differently to have been able to buy the truck and questioned why it sold for so much more than it was advertised for and no one has responded. My belief, since no one has been willing to explain it to me, is that their business model is geared more toward making money than customer service. More

And in worse trouble if he doesn't. More
