Katie-Lyn is amazing. She helps out at the dealership, I don't know why she does not sell cars. She treats people like royalty and goes out of her way in anyway she can. Also, the GM Matt Sousa is great to don't know why she does not sell cars. She treats people like royalty and goes out of her way in anyway she can. Also, the GM Matt Sousa is great to deal with. Most GM's don't even take the time to speak with you. Everyone at this dealership cares for their customers and offers TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. My sales rep Tavares was also great as usual. I can't say enough about Greico Toyota or the staff there. This is my 2nd car purchase and I referred my sister and she also had a great experience. It is funny when all other dealerships have no customers, they had 8 or more. That really tells you something about the staff! I called in about an ad online for a used Prius which had no price listed. When I asked the sales guy on the phone about the price, he said "we leave the price open to give our customers more leverage in neg no price listed. When I gave him my max offer, he says, "I asked my sales manager and that's a very reasonable price, and since it's a discount week we can give you an even more aggressive offer." I told him if that's the case, I'll take time off from work and make a 120 mile round trip to the dealer for an appointment. He assurred me that they'll give me a better price than what I'm looking for. -When I get the dealer, a new sales person tells me that the price of the car was over $3,000 more than the price I'm looking for and that he had "no idea" why they told me otherwise. -The dealer tells me that their call center has "nothing to do with us" because they're a contractor in another state. More BS. Your contractor represents you and you can't use them to deflect responsibility from sleezy sales tactics. -I call into the call center to have the same person explain to me why he lied. I drove 120 miles and took time off from work based on his assurance. The guy on the phone told me sales person's name, Vinny, and that he could transfer me to him, but then knowing I was upset transferred me to a manager instead. The female manager says "there's no Vinny here and we don't have access to who you spoke to". All they do is lie here. It's their job. -The same sales person I initially spoke to on the phone said the car was red. When I got to the dealer, the car was blue. Turns out he told me the car was red, because their only photo of the car had a red tarp covering it, and he thought that meant the car underneath was red too, or he just said whatever he had to say to get me to make the appointment before I hung up. I was disgusted by the way this dealer does business, I've never been lied to so much before. They'll tell you any BS just to get you into the store, even if it makes you take time off from work and waste most of a day driving over 100 miles to get there. Then they'll deflect responsibility by saying their call center has nothing to do with them, and the call center will protect their lying employees by lying some more. If you're looking for an honest dealership that does business the right way, avoid this place. More

Best customer service I've had in a long time! Dashboard lights came on and car was acting funny on a trip from Boston to CT. I looked up closet Toyota dealership and it was Griego Toyota. Brought the car i lights came on and car was acting funny on a trip from Boston to CT. I looked up closet Toyota dealership and it was Griego Toyota. Brought the car in on a Saturday, out of the blue, praying they could diagnose and fix it. It was ten o'clock in the morning and they said if they could fit us in, figure out what the issue was, have the parts for my 2007 car, he could not promise when it would be ready. To throw a wrench in the works, we had our two dogs with us! Paul Dasilva was so sympathetic to our situation he even offered us a loaner car for the day. With the two dogs, who are shedding, I wouldn't do that to anybodies car. Another employee, Ron, told us where the closest dog park was, gave us directions, so we started walking. Within an hour someone called, told us what was going on with the car and said it would be ready around 3:00. At 1:30, we got another call saying the car was ready for pick up. These guys went above and beyond helping customers they had no relationship with and had nothing to gain from us since we were not from the area. If we did live in the area, we would be purchasing all our vehicles from this dealership! We could have not received better customer service and probably won't ever again. Thank you Paul Dasilva and Ron. Once we got our car back, we continued on our journey to CT. and our car felt great!!! More

Would NOT recommend for sales. I was at Grieco to get my current lease serviced (Side note: the service department deserves 5 stars and I would bring my car there again). Unfortunately, I can't say the same current lease serviced (Side note: the service department deserves 5 stars and I would bring my car there again). Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the sales department. While my car was being serviced, I received a call from the sales department because they were insterested in buying out my soon to be ending lease so I could upgrade. I agreed to come in and discuss upgrading from the camry to the Rav4. Over the course of an hour and 1/2 I was given the run around. The sales rep actually said to me "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours". All they wanted to do was play games. I finally thought I convinced the sales rep to let me leave to I could get my car from the service department and then as I was checking out, I realized he had followed me into the service department and then proceeded to follow me to the reception desk to pay. It was so unprofessional. After paying and waiting for my car keys, he then returned with his sales manager who tried yet again to sell me on another "deal" which was still over what I said my bottom line was. When I told him I had already declined the offer and was going to another dealer who had offered a better price he said "well, they're just trying to get you in the door and you'll never get that price I guarantee you". Today, I went to the other dealer and drove off the lot with my new Rav 4 for less than that price that "I'd never get". I will not be returning to Grieco for any sales needs and would not advise anyone else to go there either. (note: I am required to put an employees name to submit this review but do not have his card - so I will leave the sales rep I was scheduled to meet with Jackie - I did not ever work with her but was sent to another rep when I arrived) More

By far the worst dealer and car brand I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been a customer of Grieco Toyota’s for over 5 years now. They used to be AMAZING and genuinely seemed to care abo displeasure of dealing with. I have been a customer of Grieco Toyota’s for over 5 years now. They used to be AMAZING and genuinely seemed to care about there customers. Now they’re in it for the money and nothing else. This all slowly seemed to change after they did a remodel of the dealership. I purchased a brand new 2020 Corolla LE on March 20th 2020. Since then I have had COUNTLESS issues with the car. Transmission skipping, Apple car play disconnection issues, screen going black on me, insane tire noise, speakers not playing in the back, AC gurgling and most recently a MAJOR flood in the car! The AC unit overflowed into the front passenger and rear passenger seat. It was so bad that it caused mold. Toyota put cheap all-weather rubber mats in the car so there was NO way of me seeing the water pooling. I also drive my car, not sit in the passenger seat. No way to see it till the mold formed around the outsides and there wasn’t any smell. Apparently they claim that a “spider web” inside the tubes caused it to flood. How do I know that the car wasn’t sold to me that way? The car is so new and it takes time for mold to grow. I was hearing the AC gurgling on and off for a few months but figured it was just being noisy due to the humidity. If a small little spider is able to cause said problem, this is an issue. I also was told from another dealer that this is an issue Toyota knows about but doesn’t fix. There drain tube is 1/4-1/2in in diameter. That’s TINY! They don’t fix it because they know they won’t cover damage due to it and it saves them money. Bunch of scam artists. I’ve been dealing with a 13 day back and forth battle between Toyota corporate, Grieco and my insurance company (progressive). I finally got word today that Toyota REFUSES to cover the damage to my car and the AC issue. Progressive may not even cover it. They want me to sign a form saying that I’ll pay for whatever progressive doesn’t pay for. So basically I’m being told that my brand new Corolla with 2,680 miles on it won’t be covered and I owe a good $6000+ or so. The damage is extensive plus the other issues I mentioned in my first paragraph. At this point I’ve had enough. They need to buy my car back with no additional charges or I’ll be contacting the BBB on both corporate and this dealer. I’ll also be contacting the news to let them know that Toyota sells brand new junk cars and makes excuses not to fix it. The other crazy thing about this story is that Toyota had my car for 9 days before they even pulled the hood up to look at the AC. They claimed they knew the issue before they even looked at the AC. They knew they wouldn’t cover it so they didn’t want to waste there time looking into the AC till someone paid them first. They only looked under the hood because I threatened that I had rights to sue them if they didn’t look and prove what happened. They also gave me a rental car for the last 3 1/2 days. The rental car they gave me was disgusting as well. Cardboard boxes and trash in the trunk, trash in the door handles, money in the door handles, coffee stain in the center console, and dried spit marks on the mirrors/ touchscreen. I had to sanitize the car before I drove away but the trash is still in the trunk and doors. I did take pictures before I cleaned stuff though. They apparently have no car cleaning policy for Covid-19 and they don’t care about new car buyers. Like I said before, they need to take this car back with no additional costs or I WILL spread this information to the BBB and the news. This is just insane. You buy a new car expecting to have no issues and if you do, you expect it to be taken car of. None of that has done. More
